This is a part-time, hourly consulting role for professionals with strong experience in U.S. partnership taxation , particularly in preparing and reviewing Form 1065 partnership tax returns for investment fund clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, fund-of-funds, and other investment partnership structures. This role requires strong technical tax knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client deadlines while working during U.S. tax hours.
