Tax Manager – Norway

We are supporting a fast‑scaling technology business in the hire of a Norwegian Tax Manager.

Reporting to the VP of International Tax, you’ll take ownership of all Norwegian tax matters, partnering closely with internal teams and external advisors. This is a stand‑alone role within the tax team, with strong bonds with the Finance team and wider international Tax teams.

The Role

A broad, hands‑on position combining compliance, reporting and advisory responsibilities:

• Lead Norwegian corporate tax and VAT compliance, including filings and ongoing monitoring
• Manage tax reporting under US GAAP, IFRS and local GAAP
• Act as the key contact for tax authorities and external advisors
• Provide tax input on transactions, structuring and intercompany arrangements
