ResponsibilitiesManage tax compliance and reporting across complex entity structures
Oversee corporate tax filings, tax provisions, and related reporting requirements
Support domestic and cross-border tax matters, including multi-jurisdiction compliance
Review technical work, provide guidance to junior staff, and ensure high-quality deliverables
Partner with internal stakeholders on tax planning, restructuring initiatives, and process improvements
Assist with tax matters related to investment vehicles, private capital structures, and alternative investments
QualificationsCPA designation completed or in progress
4+ years of relevant tax experience
