Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Prepare and review Corporate Tax returns, tax computations, voluntary disclosures, tax group applications, CbCR requirements, tax audits, and litigation support matters
- Conduct technical research and provide practical tax solutions
- Prepare and review working papers and supporting documentation
- Manage and execute Transfer Pricing, International Tax, Corporate Tax Advisory, Valuation, Due Diligence, and M&A engagements
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments
