Job Requirements

• Possess a valid driving license from the home country or a current UAE/GCC Light Vehicle driving license.
• Minimum of 10th-grade education with the ability to speak and understand basic English to communicate effectively with passengers.
• Physically fit with excellent eyesight, aged between 23 and 50 years, and willing to work rigorous 12-hour rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers across Dubai using the fastest and most efficient routes while strictly adhering to all RTA traffic laws.
• Operate the taxi meter correctly, accept dispatch requests via the Hala (Careem) application, and handle cash/card payments accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic daily maintenance checks of the assigned vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues to the fleet supervisor immediately.
