Overview

The Clinic Assistant is responsible for supporting daily clinic operations, assisting medical staff, and ensuring smooth patient flow and administrative processes. The role includes patient registration, basic assistance, and maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Register and attend to patients at the counter in a professional manner.
• Assist in patient flow management including queue handling and appointment scheduling.
• Support doctors and nurses during consultation when required.
• Prepare and maintain patient records, files, and documentation accurately.
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings.
• Assist in basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs (if trained).
