Responsibilities

• Strong Working Knowledges in IBM Db2 LUW Replication technologies (Db2 SQL replication and Q Replication, a Queue -based Replication) as well as Using Third party tools for Replications is mandatory
• Experience in Installation and Configurations of Huge IBM DB2 LUW systems on Production and Nonproduction Systems on UNIX (Linux/AIX) environments
• Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience with backups, restores and recovery models and implementation of Backup strategies mandatory including RTO and RPO.
• Strong knowledge of Clustering, High Availability (HA/HADR) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for DB2 LUW.
