About the Role as a Teacher Educator

We are seeking an experienced, innovative and enthusiastic learning professional to play a key role in developing outstanding teaching, learning and assessment across the organisation. The successful candidate will support the professional development of colleagues through high-quality training, coaching and mentoring, helping to improve teaching practice and learner outcomes across a wide range of provision.

The role involves delivering and assessing formal teaching qualifications such as Level 5 Learning and Skills Teacher and Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeships, while also supporting curriculum innovation, quality improvement and the embedding of inclusive teaching practices.
