Job Description
As a Teaching Assistant, you will help foster a positive learning environment and assist teachers with daily classroom activities.
Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting the lead teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Assisting students with learning tasks individually or in small groups
• Helping maintain classroom discipline and routines
• Preparing and organizing educational materials
• Supervising students during breaks and school activities
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and ability to work with children of various ages
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in teaching support roles is beneficial
