We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Bletchley, supporting pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in residential childcare, SEMH, autism, and therapeutic or trauma‑informed settings.

Role

The role is to support children with a range of complex needs within a specialist classroom. Responsibilities include:

• Building strong, trusting relationships
• Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management
• Adapting learning to individual needs
• Working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver high‑quality support
