About the Role

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team and support teaching staff in raising student learning and attainment. The TA will assist pupils with special educational needs, encourage them in their learning, help develop confidence and key skills, and support the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to students and teachers in lesson planning and delivery.
• Assist pupils with special educational needs, helping them access curriculum and participate in learning.
• Work closely with teaching staff to create an engaging classroom environment.
• Take part in training and professional development to enhance supporting skills.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience working in a secondary school setting is advantageous but not essential.
