The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant. The post is required from 1st September 2026 to 31st August 2027 for a KS2 class, initially for 1 year but could become permanent. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm (including a 30‑minute lunchtime duty) with a 30‑minute lunch break. This position is part-time, term‑time only, with salary paid pro‑rata on a full‑time equivalent basis.

Essential Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification
• English and Maths GCSE Grade 4 or above

Desirable Qualifications

• Paediatric first aid

Essential Experience

• Experience of working with children in a primary school setting
• Experience of working in a KS2 environment
