Summary
Student teaching assistants will assist the Clinical faculty of the School of Podiatric Medicine in labs in the Radiology Laboratory. Teaching Assistants should be 4th-year Podiatry students who have demonstrated high academic performance (at least a 3.0 GPA in the Radiology Course and Lab.). In the laboratory, the Teaching Assistant will assist students with radiographic image interpretation, equipment operation, and radiation safety protocols.
Essential Functions
Assist students in identifying anatomical structures and pathological findings on radiographic images
Help student groups during lab with questions about radiographic positioning, image quality, and interpretation
Guide students through proper operation of radiographic equipment and adherence to radiation safety protocols
