We are seeking motivated and creative Teaching Associates who are passionate about teaching in small-group, active-learning environments.

• Conduct engaging small-group lessons aligned with our student-centered, active-learning teaching philosophy
• Deliver an average of 9–12 lessons per week , including covering classes for peers when needed
• Prepare and deliver lessons using provided materials, while also contributing creative ideas, questions, and activities
• Participate in teaching sessions outside the tuition centre , exploring alternative learning environments and pedagogical approaches
• Adapt teaching methods to suit students’ learning pace, styles, and academic needs
• Support a collaborative teaching culture by sharing best practices and lesson insights with fellow tutors
• Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic classroom environment
