Located in our Wellington head office, this role provides highly effective and professional administration support to the Grid Development team. Varied and fast-paced, it involves anticipating needs, coordinating moving parts, and helping busy managers and specialists stay organised, connected and on track.


You will be involved in a broad mix of work, including:

  • Coordinating meetings, workshops, and team logistics, including agendas, papers, minutes, room bookings, catering and technology setup.

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding, travel bookings, office coordination and general team administration.

  • Providing financial administration support such as purchase orders, invoice processing, accruals, contract administration and budget information.
