Primary Responsibilities

• Lead store-wide RT3 (Right Team, Right Task, Right Time) optimisation in collaboration with store leadership.
• Enhance experiences for both team and customers through efficient resource allocation and task management.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
