We have a vacancy for a Senior CAMHS Crisis & Intensive Home Treatment Practitioner within the COAST service . COAST provides both Crisis support and Intensive Home Treatment, offering a comprehensive community-based alternative to hospital admission and supporting safe, timely discharge.

This role is primarily focused on supporting the operational aspects of the service, including rota coordination, supervision, performance monitoring and contributing to service development, while also supporting the team's clinical needs.

Depending on service demand, the role will also involve direct clinical work with young people and families in the community. For this reason, access to a car is essential, as travel across Sussex will be required.
