The Team lead is responsible for code ownership accountability —working closely with developers to maintain code quality, ensure technical standards, and steward long-term maintainability of core components.

The role requires relocation to Finland in 6 months to 1 year .

Should be able to code as well in C#:NET Fluently or in REACT

Product Ownership

Define and communicate the product vision and completion of the task code wise

Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical constraints

Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and refine requirements with development teams

Perform product discovery, analyze feedback, and make data-driven decisions
