Responsibilities

• Handling inbound/outbound cal
• Interact with customers/clients through phone or e-mail and managing all queries, requests and complain ts
• Permanent/Contract placements of Doctors/Physicians/Specialis ts
• Sourcing of new clients/busine ss
• To assist and provide the highest standard of customer ca re
• Achieving daily/ weekly and monthly KPI’s and hours targe t.
• Supervising a small Te am
