Minimum 1 year of International BPO Experience.
The designation of Team Leader should be on paper.
LOB experience: voice or blended
Comfortable with 24x7 shifts.
Excellent Communication skills.
Budget 7 lacs or hike 15 %- 20% whichever is lower
