The Regional Sourcing & Procurement Lead is responsible for managing and leading the strategic sourcing function across a specific portfolio of categories. This includes the development and implementation of strategic and operational sourcing, category management and supply management strategies to ensure value in goods and services procured to enable JLL’s goals. The Head of Sourcing serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to internal stakeholders and clients, directing the procurement of goods and services for the client, assisting Procurement team members with processes, and developing procurement policies and a centralised program that adds value and efficiency to JLL and its Clients. This role reports to the Transformation Lead – APAC and requires a multi-disciplinary subject matter expert in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) to manage complex initiatives and integrated outsourcing programs.
