Position Overview

Team Lead Surveyor – Red Chris Block Cave Project, Northern British Columbia. This fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) position operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation and is located in a high‑altitude underground mining setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise surveying activities for both underground and surface mining operations.
• Plan and schedule daily/weekly survey work aligned with mine production targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop survey teams, including training on equipment and safety protocols.
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of survey data before reporting.
• Monitor and manage equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Prepare and present survey reports to stakeholders to support decision‑making.
• Maintain organized survey records and databases for compliance and future reference.
