Responsibilities

• Review upcoming events and help coordinate crew and equipment needs with your team.
• Direct event technicians in preparing and executing live and virtual events.
• Organize and review show information and materials in advance of event.
• Collaborate on event production to continually enhance overall quality of services offered.
• Build positive working relationships with the Centre’s event management and support staff and clients alike.
• Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for event management and operational functions.
• Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant.
• Oversee the audit of all equipment before and after events.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
