Job Summary

The Elpida Team Leader is primarily responsible for coaching, mentoring and supervising staff and students. This position provides excellent leadership and oversees the day-to-day operations of the program, monitoring progress of resident and program outcomes, and ensuring public safety as a priority. This position requires a competent understanding of Correctional Service Canada’s rules and regulations as well as Agency policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day program operations
• Lead, mentor, and coach the staff team to meet program outputs and outcomes
• Ensure team is meeting program expectations including but not limited to: adhering to policy and procedures, Occupational Health and Safety requirements and staff training
