GXO is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Southampton . You will lead a high‑performing team of flexible and engaged colleagues, focusing on always delivering operational excellence.
You will work on a full‑time, permanent basis. Shift patterns include both AM and PM shifts: 7 am to 3:30 pm and 1 pm to 9:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as required. Flexibility will be needed.
