The Team Leader, Retail Banking Singapore – Unit Trust Operations is responsible for leading day‑to‑day operational processing and controls for Unit Trust transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, cash and stock reconciliations. The role ensures timely and accurate execution of client instructions, adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements, and effective supervision of the team to mitigate operational risk. The role supports the Assistant Manager by overseeing BAU delivery, resolving operational issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders and custodians, and driving process discipline and continuous improvement within the team.
