Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader for our highly clinically skilled, experienced and friendly Mental Health Needs Assessment and Service Coordination (MHNASC) Team. You will be organized, resilient and have the ability to walk alongside people wherever their journey. As a Team Leader, your role will be to ensure the team takes all clinical, cultural and administrative steps necessary to assist people and their whānau to access the most appropriate services for their needs to achieve optimum health and wellbeing.

The Team Leader is responsible for: 

  • Provides clinical and operational management ensuring HR/business processes, policies and regulations are completed for the team
  • Leads, supports and operationalises the vision and service development of MHAIDS, including overseeing the management and mitigation of any risks to service delivery
