Conduct monthly meetings with team members to discuss improvements and to address customers/clients concerns and come up with solutions.
·Ensure that team members understand and agree the Company Objective, action plans and timeline.
·Strictly follow the Company’s Code of Conduct, adhere to Claims guidelines and related compliance policies and religiously applying it
·Establish new solutions to improve the Claims requirements and service as well.
·Monitors the performance of the Claim Handlers ( and takes action to ensure 100% compliance to Claims guidelines.
·Establish mentoring relationships with team members and demonstrate effective ways of handling complaints.
·Ensure to conduct peer review of Total loss claim.
EDUCATION: College graduate
EXPERIENCE: 5 years’ background in Insurance Preferably Claims and/or Underwriting.
