Job Summary:
The Team Leader is responsible for supervising warehouse staff and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role oversees productivity, coordinates workflows, and ensures that all warehouse activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide warehouse staff (pickers, checkers, packers, etc.)
