We're looking for a
Team Leader to join our
Market Bosworth Food Store (20 hours per week). This is your opportunity to move beyond a standard retail role and take real ownership-leading a team, driving performance, and building the skills to progress into Store Management.
What You'll Be Doing As a Team Leader, you'll take responsibility for key areas of the store and step up to run the operation in the absence of the Store Manager.
You'll:
- Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver strong performance
- Take ownership of shifts, including opening and closing the store
- Drive excellent customer service and make us the go-to store in the community
- Support recruitment, training and onboarding of new colleagues
