Job Description
Role Responsibilities - Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales engineers executives focused on hydraulics and fluid power solutions.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs and performance expectations in line with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline discussions and performance evaluations.
- Provide ongoing coaching in technical selling, negotiation skills and solution‑based sales approaches.
