We are currently supporting a client in hiring a Team Manager – Insurance Operations to lead a team handling insurance/risk processes.
This role requires strong people management experience and the ability to drive team performance and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of 7+ members
- Oversee day-to-day insurance operations
- Ensure SLA/KPI delivery, quality, and compliance
- Act as escalation point for stakeholders and clients
- Drive process improvements and team development
Qualifications
- Proven experience in people management
- Background in Insurance, Risk Management, or Financial Services
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work onsite for training and support shifting schedules
