As a team leader at Schneider Electric, you play a crucial role in managing and guiding a team of warehouse employees, ensuring the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing goods flows.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading approximately 15 warehouse employees on a daily basis
  • Preparing work schedules and planning personnel and warehouse activities
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and coaching your team
  • Proactively managing KPIs and achieving departmental goals
  • Selecting, onboarding, and training new employees
  • Attending meetings on safety, quality, service, productivity, and personnel matters
  • Initiating improvements within the department
  • Ensuring an organized workplace (5S) and maintaining performance records
  • Leading work meetings
  • Contributing to the development of warehouse operators and multi-skilled operators
