Analytics Engineer (Snowflake + Microsoft Fabric)

Role Description:

Design and implement secure, scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions to support MVP and Scale phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and optimize data pipelines integrating Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.

Define minimum viable integration with Fabric for MVP.

Collaborate with internal data teams to ensure compliance and scalability.

Support reporting and visualization (Power BI optional, not primary).

Ensure PHI data is handled securely and in compliance with HIPAA.

Monitor and optimize data performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

5+ years in data engineering and analytics.

Strong expertise in Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.

Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud-based analytics, and data governance.
