Our client is an established company providing software and support to the financial industry. They are currently looking at recruiting a Technical Support Consultant who needs to be fluent in both Afrikaans and English and able to commute daily to their offices in Durbanville.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES As part of the Support team, your responsibilities will include: Technical support to users - both internal and external to the company Communicate technical application requirements to developers Setup and maintenance of Company hardware and software systems Conduct testing of Company software against test plans Rollout / installation of software to customers Documentation of install procedures Working with service providers First line support to our customers on the Company’s products in the Financial Services Industry Desired Experience & Qualification
