The Mine Platform Customer Enablement Specialist is a product-focused leader responsible for driving successful customer adoption, deployment, and optimization of the Mine Platform across global mining operations. This role combines product management, technical expertise, and customer engagement to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing implementations. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in networking, cybersecurity, Kubernetes-based platforms, and secure operational environments. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, sales, and customer stakeholders. Travel to customer sites and regional offices is required.
