Job Description
- Develop and coordinate technical design packages for high-rise projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Lead and manage BIM workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in Revit models.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and technical issues.
- Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Provide technical guidance to junior architects and design staff.
- Participate in design review meetings and client presentations.
Key Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Must have8-10 years of proven experience as a Technical Architect, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong track record in high-rise project design and delivery.
