Design Development & Technical Documentation

• Prepare detailed ID drawings layouts sections elevations joinery details and material specifications.
• Translate design intent into accurate buildable technical drawings and tender packages.
• Review and coordinate architectural and MEP drawings to ensure seamless integration of ID elements.
• Develop finishes schedules material boards and coordination drawings aligned with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture .
• 510 years of relevant experience with strong exposure to high-rise and residential projects in the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Suite ; knowledge of 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
