We are looking for someone to join our team as an S&T Technical Assistant. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on experience in color formulation and laboratory operations, offering an excellent opportunity to build a career in technical support within the coatings industry. You will report directly to the Project Manager. You will be based onsite at the PPG PJ Plant.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate automatic spraying machines to spray color panels
• Perform hand spraying of color panels
• Accurately weigh color formulas
• Collect warehouse materials on a daily basis
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure EHS compliance in the laboratory area
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Colourist / Colour Chemist

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above
• Proficiency in standard English communication
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
