We're partnering with a fast-growing specialist lender to hire a hands-on Technical Business Analyst / Production Support professional to support and enhance a core Loan Management System (LMS).

This is a hybrid Business Analyst + Production Support role, sitting across technology, lending operations and system stability. You will support both live production incidents and system improvements through structured business analysis and requirements gathering.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide hands-on production support for the Loan Management System (LMS)
• Manage incident triage and resolution with internal tech teams and external vendors
• Investigate and resolve live lending system issues impacting loan processing
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis and system documentation
