TECHNICAL CALL CENTRE OPERATOR (2 Vacancies) POSITION INFO: Job Summary: (not limited to) - Answering or making calls related to vehicle on road breakdowns.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to calls received.
- Engaging in active listening, confirming, and clarifying information to ensure procedural activation of support staff.
- Constant follow up and feedback on all calls received.
- Utilising software, databases, and relevant tools appropriately to ensure swift resolution of all calls received.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirement: - Matric
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Technical / Mechanical environment.
