Reporting to the Manager External Maintenance Base (SIN), your main accountabilities will include:
- Manage the performance of the external service provider against agreed KPIs as to ensure that the supplier delivers to the Terms of the contract.
- Ensure that Quality and Safety Management System is maintained, including but not limited to Safety, aircraft maintenance, training records, GSE, tooling, and equipment within their organisation.
- Provide end to end technical delivery of cabin presentation and IFE standards, services and serviceability.
- Manage the continued airworthiness compliance and also ensuring compliance with OH&S and SMS requirements.
