We are recruiting on behalf of The PoolHouse for a Technical Consent Coordinator to take ownership of residential swimming pool consent applications from initial customer engagement through to council approval and post-consent support.
This is a hands‑on technical coordination role that sits between customers, designers, engineers, suppliers, and councils. The successful person will ensure consent applications are accurate, complete, and progressed efficiently, while keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the process.
You will be involved early in each project, beginning with site visits and initial technical review. From there, you will assess site conditions and council constraints and translate these into clear, practical direction for design and consent preparation.
