We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK as a Technical Customer Service Associate I. In this role, you will handle incoming support requests, assess and prioritize issues, and route them to the appropriate support teams. You will also provide basic troubleshooting to resolve simple issues on first contact while delivering excellent customer service.
This is a fast-paced, 24/7 environment with needs for flexible scheduling (including days, nights, and swing shifts).
