Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
Lead the in-house Riding Teams, designed to support technical projects and maintenance onboard our vessels. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the effective planning, training, deployment, and oversight of multi-disciplinary riding teams, in close collaboration with the shipboard and shoreside technical teams, including drydock projects.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Technical Superintendents to develop detailed scopes of work for riding team relevant onboard technical annual and drydock works and projects.Plan and execute the deployment and scheduling of riding teams in accordance with vessel itineraries and project timelines.Ensure riding teams are adequately trained, equipped, and certified for their specific areas of responsibility.Maintain and manage toolboxes and specialized equipment required for riding team operations.Supervise the execu...
