The role requires deep expertise in software and technical product management, along with the ability to analyze customer needs and market trends. The Technical Director oversees product architecture, engineering excellence, and the Training and Quality Assurance functions. They ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, cost‑efficient, and aligned with business objectives. This leader also collaborates closely with senior management and serves as a trusted technical advisor to internal teams, customers, and partners.
