Technical Executive

• Front line of the FM Team in attending to faults and complaints
• Provide supervision to ensure works and services under the contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently
• Assist the Assistant Building Manager (Hard & Soft) in supervising subcontractors and specialists
• Updating of field data to the CMMS system
