TECHNICAL FOREMAN‑SITE SUPERVISOR We are looking for a competent and experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at the worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate and efficient manner.
Construction Foreman Duties and Responsibilities - Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
- Making and maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers, and other site workers
- Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolving problems when they arise
- Monitoring expenditure and ensuring it remains within budget
- In‑depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, cost estimates, and evaluations
- Ability to read and execute drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Site supervision and fit‑out execution
