Your role

You will be an integral part of the Global View Services team, delivering effective consulting and configuration services to ADP GlobalView clients and prospects.

What you’ll do

• Define business requirements for change requests or new initiatives.
• Ensure analysis of end‑to‑end HR/payroll processes is reflected in technical requirements.
• Document and complete client functional solution specifications according to ADP GlobalView template guidelines.
• Advise on business process improvement strategies.
• Escalate project issues to the Project Manager, including scope variations, task slippages and risks.
• Configure (or guide the delivery of) the client’s solution according to ADP GlobalView template and design documentation, ensuring unit testing prior to release.
• Coordinate, support and/or deliver required testing (unit, acceptance, parallel).
