Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Lead Developer to support a large-scale Core Banking Transformation Program within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and integration initiatives across enterprise banking platforms
• Drive system design, API/microservices integration, and technical delivery
• Ensure engineering best practices across SDLC, code reviews, testing, and DevOps
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering teams in Agile delivery environments
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering / technical leadership experience
• Strong banking or financial services background
• Experience in core banking integration or transformation programs
